Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We stitch connections worldwide! However, we are currently unable to deliver to a few remote regions and parts of Asia. All orders are lovingly prepared at our studio in Manchester, US within 1-2 business days. Then, you may choose:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Typically arrives within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Perfect when you’re eager to start.
Free Shipping (on orders over $50): Via EMS. Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery. Ideal for planning ahead and saving on seasonal projects.

Can I return digital patterns or books?
Due to their nature, Digital Patterns and opened Books are not eligible for return. However, if there is a technical issue with a digital file, please contact us immediately—we’ll help stitch a solution.
