It’s A Dog’s Life Greeting Cards Downloadable Pattern

This is a downloadable pattern. Downloads are sent immediately after purchase.

This pattern contains the following:

Design files and instructions for 8 designs in the following formats: .DST, .EMB, .EXP, .HUS, .JEF, .PES, .VP3.

Designs Included are:

7 quilted applique designs which are 4.50″ x 6.50″. A 5″ x 7″ hoop or larger is required.

8 quilted embroidery ONLY designs which are 4.50″ x 6.50″. A 5″ x 7″ hoop or larger is required.

BONUS: All designs also come in a “Design Only” version WITHOUT the quilted background, allowing you to use them on totes, aprons, tea towels, etc. These designs will begin with a center crosshair step instead of a positioning box, as the greeting card designs do. You will follow the same stitch-out instructions for these “Design Only” files, except you will need to disregard and skip over Step 2 (the quilting) for each design.

Mirror and non-mirror PDF templates for cutting out shapes.
SVG cutting files that can be used with your preferred electronic cutting machine. 

This pattern was not designed for the type of applique where you cut away the extra fabric. The templates are the actual applique size and after cutting out the pieces, you will place the pieces within stitched-out placement lines.

HOWEVER: You CAN use the cutaway method for your applique, but you will have to repeat the placement line after you place your fabric down and before you cut your fabric away. I do not include a second placement line or a tack down stitch in my designs.
