Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were shipped. This is especially important for Fabrics and Digital Patterns.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or confirmation email ready.

❤️ A Note on Non-Returnable Items

To protect the intellectual property of our designers and the nature of digital goods, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Digital Patterns (Once downloaded, these cannot be returned.)
  • Opened or Downloaded Software/Books (Including digital books from our Books section.)
  • Custom or Cut Fabric (If fabric has been cut from the bolt by us to your specific order, it is final sale.)
  • Clearance or “As-Is” Items (These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.)

This policy mirrors the care we ask you to take when selecting Jelly Rolls or Digital Patterns—once chosen and accessed, they are uniquely yours.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Authorization (RA) Number

We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship items back without an RA number, as we cannot process unlabeled returns.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) with the RA number clearly written on the outside of the box. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds & Credits

  • Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or PayPal may take additional time (typically 5-10 business days) to post the credit to your account.
  • Amount: The refund will be for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees (like the $12.95 Standard Shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. For exchanges, we will only charge any price difference and new shipping fees.

Exchanges

For a faster exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and following the return process for the original item. If you prefer a direct exchange, we will guide you through the process after inspecting the returned item. Replacement items will be shipped using your preferred method (Standard or Free Shipping).
