Our studio is built for makers, quilters, and creatives who value quality, charm, and thoughtful design—much like our collections of Animal Quilt Patterns, Autumn Quilt designs, Aprons, and Fabrics. These Terms are crafted with the same care and clarity as our patterns, ensuring a trustworthy and supportive creative partnership.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or make purchases.

2. User Obligations and Responsibilities

• Not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any digital content (e.g., Digital Patterns, Books) beyond the licensed personal use granted by your purchase.
• Not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

3. Products and Services Description

We specialize in providing high-quality creative supplies for your handmade adventures, including:

• Patterns: Digital and physical patterns for quilts (e.g., Baby Quilt, Christmas Quilt, Jelly Rolls-Honey Buns Quilt Patterns), clothing, bags, and more.
• Fabrics & Materials: Carefully selected fabrics, jelly rolls, and related materials.
• Books & Kits: Inspirational books and project kits.

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or fabric dye lots. If a product does not meet your expectations, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section below.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm your order via email. Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract occur when we ship the item(s).

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax or international customs duties.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and certain Asian regions. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You will receive a tracking number upon shipment.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipping.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipping.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Our policy is designed to be fair and clear.

• Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of you receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Non-Returnable Items: For the protection of intellectual property, the following are final sale:
  • Downloaded Digital Patterns or Digital Books.
  • Opened software or books.
  • Custom-cut Fabrics.
  • Clearance or “As-Is” items.
• Process: Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to patterns, designs, text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Qbpn & Shabby Fabrics or our designers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a Digital Pattern or Book, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for personal, non-commercial projects. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the digital file.

7. Limitation of Liability

Qbpn & Shabby Fabrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or project materials.

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Manchester, New Hampshire.
